Shipping within the United States

Desi Clothing USA is a U.S.-based business serving customers nationwide from Brooklyn, New York.

$15 flat-rate standard shipping: Add multiple eligible items to one order and pay the same $15 charge within the 48 contiguous United States.
Free standard shipping: Orders of $350 or more qualify automatically.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Timing may vary according to product availability, order volume, destination, carrier service, holidays, weather, inspection, measurements, custom stitching, or special preparation. Review any delivery estimate shown on the product page or during checkout before purchase.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. After tracking is issued, follow the carrier updates. Desi Clothing USA is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.

Expedited requests

Expedited service may be available for an additional charge when confirmed by our team. Contact us before ordering if you need an outfit by a particular event date. A delivery date is guaranteed only when Desi Clothing USA confirms it in writing.

Changes after packing

Once an order is packed, labeled, or assigned tracking, items cannot be added to that shipment. To receive the unlimited-item flat rate, place all intended items in the same order before checkout.

Returns and problem reporting

All sales are final except approved claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report an eligible problem within seven days of delivery. Keep the item unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
